ABOUT ME
Hi! My name is Melinda. My teaching background includes 500-hour teacher training under Linda McGrath and others at the YogaSource Los Gatos studio in California. Power yoga and Bikram hot yoga were my first yoga loves on the mat, and I am excited to bring Power Flow to Pagosa Springs after taking a 4-year hiatus from teaching to focus on motherhood and life. Excited to be back on the mat, come join me!

POWER FLOW YOGA
Power flow is style of vinyasa yoga where the breath & body connect to create a smooth flow from one pose to the next. In this class, you can expect upbeat music, a focus on standing/strengthening poses, and creative sequences. Beginners are encouraged to first try vinyasa yoga to learn some of the basic poses at a slower pace, however, all are welcome!
If you are looking for a more gentle style of yoga, consider restorative, gentle or yin yoga classes.
